At HKGBALLBOOT, we want to ensure every player finds their perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your football boots within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Pack the Boots

  Place the football boots back in their original branded box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer or carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package to our designated Hong Kong return center using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our team verifies the boots are in new condition with all tags attached, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
